Since founding the firm in 2003, Karina Gorfin continues to represent corporate, private, institutional and commercial clients in the area of commercial/residential real estate, corporate governance, landlord tenant rights, leasing, food & beverage law, financing and asset protection.

 

Ms. Gorfin represents high net worth individuals and international businessmen on various U.S. corporate boards. She operates in the role of interim corporate counsel and strategist and services as general counsel for multi-million dollar conglomerates.
